_{The Jovian Windstormer is here to rip holes in reality, and pull thunderclouds from other worlds into this reality, and this very world.

Jovian Windstormer is a very interesting character from my story, whom is the only one of his kind to have a strange role that jumps from; antagonist, to protagonist, to antagonist, to protagonist, and so on so fourth.
He refers to literally any and all characters to as 'majesty', and generally treats everyone and anyone as one likeable to a king. Sadly, so, despite his benevolence and helpfulness, he is not exactly the thinker, as he is more the 'on the go' type, whom takes orders from any and everybody he likes, and he generally likes just about any dragon.
He is merciless, but not in the way he would kill anyone or subdue them to strenuous torture. He is merciless simply because his loyalty overlaps everything, and renders the concept of 'mercy' as moot.
